This formalizes the regular-law part of the Bizeul–Klartag–Lehec reduction described on p. 30; it is conditional on the cumulant bounds used there.

There exists a real constant C>0C>0C>0 such that, for every K∈RK\in\mathbb RK∈R with 1≤K1\le K1≤K, the following implication holds: if, for every d∈Nd\in\mathbb Nd∈N with 2≤d2\le d2≤d, CumulantBound d ((d!)² K^d) holds, then for every n∈Nn\in\mathbb Nn∈N, every V:EuclideanSpace⁡(R,Fin⁡n)→RV:\operatorname{EuclideanSpace}(\mathbb R,\operatorname{Fin} n)\to\mathbb RV:EuclideanSpace(R,Finn)→R, every a,b∈Ra,b\in\mathbb Ra,b∈R, and every regular potential hV:KLS.RegularPotentialVabhV : KLS.RegularPotential V a bhV:KLS.RegularPotentialVab whose law is isotropic,

constant⁡Intrinsic(law⁡(hV))≤ENNReal.ofReal⁡(2CK).\operatorname{constant}_{\mathrm{Intrinsic}}(\operatorname{law}(hV)) \le \operatorname{ENNReal.ofReal}(2CK).constantIntrinsic(law(hV))≤ENNReal.ofReal(2CK).

Here Poincare.LocalSlope.Intrinsic.constant is the Poincaré constant used by the formalization, with values in [0,∞][0,\infty][0,∞].

This declaration supplies the regular finite-dimensional estimate that is later extended from regular laws to arbitrary finite-dimensional isotropic log-concave probability measures.

Formalization Note: The conclusion is an inequality in ENNReal; the right-hand side is ENNReal.ofReal (2 * C * K). No universal cumulant bound is discharged by this declaration.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
