Deterministically shifted Lévy increments preserve right continuity at every future time

For a spectrally negative Lévy process, every sample path shifted by a fixed nonnegative clock u and rebased to zero remains right-continuous. Compose original right-continuity at u+t with the continuous translation s↦u+s and subtract the constant X(u). This supplies a pathwise regularity hypothesis to the generic running-supremum right-continuity theorem without imposing a shifted-process Lévy law.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
