For a finite coordinate set PPP and nonnegative integer capacities βp\beta_pβp, the signed slots consist of βp\beta_pβp positive and βp\beta_pβp negative copies at every coordinate. A slot contributes the corresponding signed unit vector when toggled.

A bank state assigns two finite sets of positive integer factors to each slot. For a Boolean choice bgb_gbg, define

B(b)=⋃gGgbg,B0=B(0).B(b)=\bigcup_g G_g^{b_g},\qquad B_0=B(0).B(b)=g⋃Ggbg,B0=B(0).

The prefix choice toggles the first upu_pup positive copies and the first vpv_pvp negative copies. Coordinate vectors are integer-valued functions, embedded into the natural-number prime coordinates by unit vectors.

These are the finite objects used to turn signed valuation corrections into literal factor-set replacements. Positivity, legal intervals and joint disjointness are hypotheses of the associated theorem, rather than assertions of these definitions.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
