Let a,b,c∈R a,b,c \in Ra,b,c∈R and a+b+c=0 a+b+c=0a+b+c=0 . Prove that 8a+8b+8c≥2a+2b+2c \boxed{8^a+8^b+8^c\ge 2^a+2^b+2^c}8a+8b+8c≥2a+2b+2c

Declaration repair: Added explicit real binders (a b c : ℝ) and real base annotations so every variable exponent uses Real.rpow. The old simp proof depended on natural-number inference and does not prove this repaired theorem. A new argument proves the intended real-exponent inequality.

Source: InternLM Lean-Workbook, record lean_workbook_plus_44637 (Apache-2.0). Original malformed declaration. This record proves the corrected statement.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
