This formalizes the regular moment construction together with the weak height cutoffs associated with Lemma A.4 of Letwin (arXiv:2607.24164v1).

Assume n>0n>0n>0, κ>0\kappa>0κ>0, compact convex KKK with nonempty interior, smooth WWW, convexity of W−κ2∥⋅∥2W-\frac\kappa2\|\cdot\|^2W−2κ∥⋅∥2, an isotropic probability measure μ\muμ represented by the density e−We^{-W}e−W on KKK, and the stated measure identity. Then there exist u,L,LF,Tu,L,LF,Tu,L,LF,T satisfying the complete regular moment witness payload: convexity, Lipschitz and C1C^1C1 regularity, normalization and transport of e−udxe^{-u}dxe−udx to μ\muμ, the 16/κ16/\kappa16/κ gradient bound, the quadratic second-difference estimate, a.e. positive definiteness and determinant-log identity, the upper Hessian bound, compact-local weak Hessian and inverse-Hessian derivative data, determinant and log-determinant derivative data, the tilted Hessian mean identity, the unweighted flux identity, the weighted curvature–Gram identity, and its bounded weak Hessian testing extension.

In addition there exist c,C∈Rc,C\in\mathbb Rc,C∈R with C≥0C\ge0C≥0 and u(x)−c≥1u(x)-c\ge1u(x)−c≥1 such that the cutoff family

χR(x)=smoothTransition⁡(2−u(x)−cR),R≥1,\chi_R(x)=\operatorname{smoothTransition}\left(2-\frac{u(x)-c}{R}\right),\qquad R\ge1,χR(x)=smoothTransition(2−Ru(x)−c),R≥1,

has the following properties: each χR\chi_RχR is C1C^1C1, compactly supported, has a Lipschitz gradient, and takes values in [0,1][0,1][0,1]; it is pointwise monotone in RRR and converges to 111; its generator LχRL\chi_RLχR is integrable for the tilted measure e−udxe^{-u}dxe−udx; and

∫∣LχR∣ d(e−udx)≤C/R,\int|L\chi_R|\,d(e^{-u}dx)\le C/R,∫∣LχR∣d(e−udx)≤C/R,

with convergence of these integrals to 000.

This declaration packages the regular witness and the real-parameter cutoff family for reuse by later testing results.
