For every actual critical-strip zeta zero, retain its original reflected/conjugate quartet and canonical inner Picard marker on the original completed Dirichlet carrier. Mathlib RH holds exactly when, for each such quartet and each real lower bound B, there exists a positive support radius T greater than B at which the quartet marker is at least one half of the identity. The good windows need not initially be specified at every radius: support-window antitonicity recovers all smaller positive windows. An assumed off-line quartet has a certified finite last good radius, so it forbids this cofinal condition. This sharply specifies a sufficient and necessary global arithmetic target using only the existing finite actual-zero quartets. The theorem proves neither RH nor that the half-bounds actually persist to arbitrarily large windows; a bound at a single inner or right endpoint is not the quantified condition.

Source
monocap-tech/weil, WeilDefect/Connes/QuartetWindowCoverage.lean at compiling native source commit cc137659eb9f92eef842576677321eaf5f8c13fd. Original actors, actual zeta zeros, analytic multiplicities, carrier and test predicate preserved. Literature/source audit addendum (COR-22): The exact cofinal-quartet half-window equivalence was independently checked against the unchanged native theorem. It is an equivalence/reduction, not a proof of the half-window lower bound. The actual zeta-zero carrier and selected quartet are preserved. About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
