Vendored from the LevyStochCalc library (https://github.com/cgarryZA/LevyStochCalc, commit 984dbf0b790031eac05d56fe5a84b65e15e1e932). For two jointly measurable, progressively measurable, globally square-integrable integrands ϕ1\phi_1ϕ1 and ϕ2\phi_2ϕ2, stageIntegral_sub_lintegral_sq gives the exact finite-stage isometry after expressing the two stages on a common dyadic grid and using the horizon measure. For every t>0t>0t>0, process_sub_lintegral_sq identifies the squared ENNReal L2(P)L^2(P)L2(P) distance of the limiting processes with the nested squared norm integral of ϕ1−ϕ2\phi_1-\phi_2ϕ1−ϕ2 over [0,t][0,t][0,t] and the mark measure ν\nuν.
