Arithmetic of the common-input low-degree exclusion (Deg)/(D): and (Erdős 624)
ProvedErdos624.low_degree_count_arithPure arithmetic. Let be natural numbers with , , , , and (for this equals the sum up to ). Then
With the last two say and for .
Source: 'Individual Spectra and Common-Input Degree', (Deg)/(D). There, is the common-pool bound (C) (formalized separately as Erdos624.common_pool_capacity_bound) applied to a coordinate -subcube, where all parity functions of degree have rank . That monomial-count step (degree ⇒ restricted rank ) is not formalized here; this item checks only the numerical part.
Context: Erdős Problem 624 asks whether , where is the least such that some with satisfies for all . This is an auxiliary finite statement from Sol's Round 13 notes on the two-track (PAIR) case. It does not settle Erdős Problem 624, PAIR or Step 17; the initial near-critical population those notes start from is not established.
