For every nonempty finite real-valued Markov chain MMM such that all finite trajectory probabilities are dyadic, there are a nonempty finite Markov chain NNN and a state map ϕ\phiϕ to the states of MMM. Every initial and transition probability of NNN is dyadic. For every n≥0n\geq0n≥0 and trajectory γ\gammaγ of MMM, summing the probabilities of all NNN trajectories whose coordinatewise image under ϕ\phiϕ is γ\gammaγ gives exactly the probability of γ\gammaγ.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
