For m≥0m\geq0m≥0 and φ:Sm→Sm\varphi:S^m\to S^mφ:Sm→Sm a homeomorphism, select at each point of the two-disk quotient the seam regional chart when the point belongs to the open seam, otherwise the corresponding first- or second-interior regional chart. The cover established in the preceding part ensures that every point belongs to the source of its selected chart. The atlas is the range of this selection, giving a charted-space structure modeled on Rm+1\mathbb R^{m+1}Rm+1. The bundle also names the open punctured Euclidean space Rm+1∖{0}\mathbb R^{m+1}\setminus\{0\}Rm+1∖{0} used in radial smoothness arguments. This is a charted-space instance only: no global smooth-manifold instance or all-atlas compatibility theorem is included.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
