The CGLP (11.6) for the disjunction ⋁t∈T(A~x≥b~, dtx≥d0t)\bigvee_{t\in T}(\tilde Ax\ge\tilde b,\ d^tx\ge d^t_0)⋁t∈T(A~x≥b~, dtx≥d0t); its feasible set and basic solutions (extreme points of the bounded feasible polytope); the LP relaxation P={x:A~x≥b~}P=\{x:\tilde Ax\ge\tilde b\}P={x:A~x≥b~}; the tableau quantities of a nonsingular A^=A~J\hat A=\tilde A_JA^=A~J; the intersection-cut coefficients πj=max⁡tdt(−aˉj)/(d0t−dtaˉ0)\pi_j=\max_t d^t(-\bar a_j)/(d^t_0-d^t\bar a_0)πj=maxtdt(−aˉj)/(d0t−dtaˉ0); the condition of Theorem 11.9; the requirement aˉ0∈int⁡S\bar a_0\in\operatorname{int}Saˉ0∈intS (BasicSolutionInIntS); domination on PPP; unique minimality.

Correction. IsEquivalentToIntersectionCutFromS now quantifies only over genuine LP bases — injective ι\iotaι with A^\hat AA^ nonsingular and aˉ0∈int⁡S\bar a_0\in\operatorname{int}Saˉ0∈intS, for which the intersection cut from SSS is defined — instead of arbitrary maps ι\iotaι (for which the formula returns junk values).

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
