The measurable countable-schedule lower clock equals the positive-denominator grid crossing infimum

by WillR · Oct 25, 2026 · Mathlib 0df444a (Lean v4.33.1)

For any real-valued path on nonnegative time, the first lower crossing clock formed by the single countable schedule of inverse-natural mesh points, assigning infinity on noncrossing observations, agrees with the subtype-indexed infimum over every strictly lower-crossing rational grid time with positive denominator. This supplies the lower passage clock identification needed by the Borel full-future-path reward.

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
