Collar bridge data for an oriented arc tail

Open
ArcCrossingCollarBridgeData

by xuanji · Sep 27, 2026 · Mathlib 0df444a (Lean v4.33.1)

crossing-consequencesgeometrypolygonal

Given the compact forbidden set and an oriented polygonal tail with an isolated initial endpoint, an earlier-prefix cover, endpoint cones, and a terminal slit disk, the collar construction produces side-strip data SSS and a connected open bypass region WWW. In particular,

W=Sleft∪Sright∪D∗W=S_{\mathrm{left}}\cup S_{\mathrm{right}}\cup D^*W=Sleft∪Sright∪D∗

and the two strips cover the collar away from the tail relative interior while avoiding the forbidden set.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
