This is a first-moment bound for the supremum norm of a vector Itô-process increment.

Let PPP be a probability measure, let WWW be a ddd-dimensional Brownian motion with coordinate Brownian filtrations, and let the integrands HmkH_{mk}Hmk satisfy joint measurability, progressive measurability, finite ENNReal\mathrm{ENNReal}ENNReal squared integrals on positive intervals, and ∣Hmk∣≤C|H_{mk}|\le C∣Hmk∣≤C with C≥0C\ge0C≥0. Let X=vectorItoProcess(W,F,H,X0,b)X=\texttt{vectorItoProcess}(W,\mathcal F,H,X_0,b)X=vectorItoProcess(W,F,H,X0,b), where each drift coordinate is measurable, B≥0B\ge0B≥0, and ∣bm(ω,s)∣≤B|b_m(\omega,s)|\le B∣bm(ω,s)∣≤B. For 0≤u<v0\le u<v0≤u<v,

∫∥Xv−Xu∥ dP≤n(B(v−u)+dCv−u),\int \|X_v-X_u\|\,dP \le n\left(B(v-u)+dC\sqrt{v-u}\right),∫∥Xv−Xu∥dP≤n(B(v−u)+dCv−u),

where the norm is the norm on Fin(n)→R\mathrm{Fin}(n)\to\mathbb RFin(n)→R.

The norm increment is also integrable. This estimate combines coordinatewise drift and martingale bounds for later window and Riemann-sum estimates.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
