FunctionalInequalities.KLS.LogConcave says that a probability measure μ on a real normed Borel space is log-concave when, for compact sets K₀ and K₁ and every t with 0 < t < 1, μ(K0)tμ(K1)1−t\mu(K₀)^t\mu(K₁)^{1-t}μ(K0)tμ(K1)1−t is at most the measure of their affine combination {tx+(1−t)y:x∈K0,y∈K1}\{tx+(1-t)y:x\in K₀,y\in K₁\}{tx+(1−t)y:x∈K0,y∈K1}. The definition allows measures supported on proper affine subspaces and includes no density, moment, nondegeneracy, or Poincaré assumption.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
