Let BBB be bridge data with nonempty finite head and band index sets, ξ\xiξ a parameter, and γ>0\gamma>0γ>0 such that the nuisance covariance operator satisfies ⟨z,Nξz⟩≥γ∥z∥2\langle z,N_\xi z\rangle\ge\gamma\|z\|^2⟨z,Nξz⟩≥γ∥z∥2. Let eee be a linear automorphism of the raw band gauge equal to the actual band Schur map. For a band target Δ\DeltaΔ, suppose a main vector uuu solves the exact Schur equation Sξu=main⁡(normalizedTarget⁡(Δ))S_\xi u=\operatorname{main}(\operatorname{normalizedTarget}(\Delta))Sξu=main(normalizedTarget(Δ)). If qfq_fqf is the fast gauge obtained from uuu using the actual band regression, then

e(qf)=projectedNormalizedTargetBand⁡(Δ).e(q_f)=\operatorname{projectedNormalizedTargetBand}(\Delta).e(qf)=projectedNormalizedTargetBand(Δ).

This is an exact identification of the fast equation, before any inverse norm bound is applied.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
