Let m≥1m\ge1m≥1 be an integer, let α∈C\alpha\in\mathbb Cα∈C with ∣α∣=1|\alpha|=1∣α∣=1 and α∉R\alpha\notin\mathbb Rα∈/R, let c∈Cc\in\mathbb Cc∈C with c≠0c\ne0c=0, and let k∈Ck\in\mathbb Ck∈C be arbitrary. For γ∈C\gamma\in\mathbb Cγ∈C let Pγ(X,Y)=Xm(γ+XY)+Ym(γˉ+XY)P_\gamma(X,Y)=X^m(\gamma+XY)+Y^m(\bar\gamma+XY)Pγ(X,Y)=Xm(γ+XY)+Ym(γˉ+XY) be the polynomial of equation (6).

Then the pullback of PαˉP_{\bar\alpha}Pαˉ under the dilation z↦czz\mapsto czz↦cz, which acts on the coordinates X=zX=zX=z, Y=zˉY=\bar zY=zˉ by X↦cXX\mapsto cXX↦cX, Y↦cˉYY\mapsto\bar cYY↦cˉY, is not a multiple of PαP_\alphaPα:

Pαˉ(cX,cˉY)≠k Pα(X,Y)in C[X,Y].P_{\bar\alpha}(cX,\bar cY)\ne k\,P_\alpha(X,Y)\qquad\text{in }\mathbb C[X,Y].Pαˉ(cX,cˉY)=kPα(X,Y)in C[X,Y].

By the coordinate exchange Pα(y,x)=Pαˉ(x,y)P_\alpha(y,x)=P_{\bar\alpha}(x,y)Pα(y,x)=Pαˉ(x,y), the pullback of PαP_\alphaPα under the antiholomorphic map z↦czˉz\mapsto c\bar zz↦czˉ, which acts by (X,Y)↦(cY,cˉX)(X,Y)\mapsto(cY,\bar cX)(X,Y)↦(cY,cˉX), is Pαˉ(cˉX,cY)P_{\bar\alpha}(\bar cX,cY)Pαˉ(cˉX,cY). So this is the polynomial fact used in the proof of Theorem 2 to exclude anti-Möbius self-equivalences of C^m,α\widehat C_{m,\alpha}Cm,α of the form z↦czˉz\mapsto c\bar zz↦czˉ.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
