Fix natural numbers n,hn,hn,h, and write T=∏2n<a≤2n+haT=\prod_{2n<a\le 2n+h}aT=∏2n<a≤2n+ha. A guarded fractional bank datum consists of a central anchor A⊆(n,2n]A\subseteq(n,2n]A⊆(n,2n], a divisor DDD, a nonzero target YYY, fixed factors FFF, an initial bank B0B_0B0, and distinct candidates ai∈(n,2n+h]a_i\in(n,2n+h]ai∈(n,2n+h], together with a fractional vector xi∈[0,1]x_i\in[0,1]xi∈[0,1].

The anchor and target satisfy

∏A=(2nn)D,YD=T.\prod A=\binom{2n}{n}D,\qquad YD=T.∏A=(n2n)D,YD=T.

The candidates have integer row sums and belong to at most ddd incidence columns each. At every prime ppp, the fractional certificate is

vp ⁣(∏F)+vp ⁣(∏B0)+∑ixivp(ai)=vp(Y).v_p\!\left(\prod F\right)+v_p\!\left(\prod B_0\right)+\sum_i x_i v_p(a_i)=v_p(Y).vp(∏F)+vp(∏B0)+i∑xivp(ai)=vp(Y).

A finitely supported prime budget βp\beta_pβp bounds the valuation error of every zero-one vector with the same row sums and column discrepancies at most 4d4d4d. The reserved bank realizes every integer correction epe_pep with ∣ep∣≤βp|e_p|\le\beta_p∣ep∣≤βp, relative to B0B_0B0, using legal factors disjoint from the anchor, fixed factors and all candidates. The anchor, fixed factors and candidates also obey their pairwise guards.

This packages the simultaneous pre-rounding certificate and universal correction bank of Section 10. The anchor divisor is chosen as part of the datum. It is not quantified independently over all divisors of the tail.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
