Let P⊂R5P\subset\mathbb{R}^5P⊂R5 be the polar of the Matschke--Santos--Weibel prismatoid Q28Q_{28}Q28. In the nonnegative chamber the description reduces to 141414 inequalities. The (145)=2002\binom{14}{5}=2002(514)=2002 five-row subsystems of that chamber are indexed by combinadic rank.

This theorem records three facts about that enumeration:

  1. Every rank in {0,…,2001}\{0,\ldots,2001\}{0,…,2001} is accounted for by the stored singular, infeasible, or orbit tag of the Q28Q_{28}Q28 certificate.
  2. Combinadic rank is inverted by the stored unranking map on strictly increasing 555-tuples from {0,…,13}\{0,\ldots,13\}{0,…,13}.
  3. Those ranks lie in {0,…,2001}\{0,\ldots,2001\}{0,…,2001}.

This is the completeness statement for the chamber-basis half of the finite incidence certificate of Q28Q_{28}Q28.

Formalization Note The checkers certOkUnrank, unrank5 and combRank are defined in Definitions.Def_Hirsch_q28_cert.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
