Exact tight-row criterion for swapping two circuit steps

Suppose x→y→z are two normalized maximal row-circuit steps. Set w=x+(z−y), which swaps the order of the two displacement vectors. Then x→w→z consists of maximal row-circuit steps exactly when w is feasible and each swapped segment has a destination-tight describing row whose value strictly increases along that segment. The criterion allows overlapping row supports; disjoint support is not necessary.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
