Strict-capacity degree budget below the row scale

Under the strict-capacity row-geometry hypotheses, the column degrees admit a positive slope strictly below the scale RRR that fits a linear degree budget in the power of the jet ideal.

Let ddd be admissible fixed data, let R<SR<SR<S be real scales, ei>0e_i>0ei>0 multiplicity data and TiT_iTi truncation orders such that

S=ei wirow,2Rm+1>Sm+1,wi+1row<Ti v0,S=e_i\,w^{\mathrm{row}}_i,\qquad 2R^{m+1}>S^{m+1},\qquad w^{\mathrm{row}}_{i+1}<T_i\,v_0,S=eiwirow,2Rm+1>Sm+1,wi+1row<Tiv0,

where wroww^{\mathrm{row}}wrow are the row weights. Then there exist a power k>0k>0k>0, positive integers b0,…,bmb_0,\dots,b_mb0,…,bm and a real slope aaa with

0<a<Randwicolbi≤k a(1≤i≤d.m+1),0<a<R\qquad\text{and}\qquad w^{\mathrm{col}}_i b_i\le k\,a\quad(1\le i\le d.m+1),0<a<Randwicolbi≤ka(1≤i≤d.m+1),

where wcolw^{\mathrm{col}}wcol are the column weights. This is the numerical strict-capacity count: the capacity inequality leaves room, below the scale RRR, to choose degrees whose total weighted cost grows at most linearly in the power kkk, with slope strictly smaller than RRR.

Reduction obligation for OAI.PiExponent.LogarithmicJetIdeals.strict_capacity_weighted_monic_relations (the isolated strict-capacity leaf of the pi-exponent mission): split into the algebraic weighted-monic-relations construction and the numerical strict-capacity degree budget. Origin: OpenAI math, commit adc7f124, lean/OAI/NumberTheory/PiExponent/Approximation/AdmissibleMatrixGeometry.lean#L41-L44 (weighted compactification/global section bound), as formalized in the mission's determinant-contradiction tree. About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
