Fix n,hn,hn,h and let M=2n+hM=2n+hM=2n+h. This datum records the joint central anchor, divisor, charged fractional certificate, complete rough-signature rows, and the finite bank capacity from the upper-bound construction.

The bank is given as literal two-state factor sets indexed by βp\beta_pβp copies of each sign for every prime p≤yp\le yp≤y. Its initial set is exactly

B0=⋃gGg0.B_0=\bigcup_gG_g^0.B0=g⋃Gg0.

Every state is legal, avoids the central anchor, fixed factors and all candidates, and is disjoint from every state of a different slot. The local product-valuation changes are

v ⁣(∏Gg1)−v ⁣(∏Gg0)=±ep.v\!\left(\prod G_g^1\right)-v\!\left(\prod G_g^0\right)=\pm e_p.v(∏Gg1)−v(∏Gg0)=±ep.

The capacities dominate the logarithmic rounding-error bound. This interface records explicit states and local identities, so universal realization of bounded integer corrections can be derived by a separate finite theorem.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
