Càdlàg modifications of martingales

functional-inequalitiesklskls-conjecturekls-modularlog-concavemodule-contextvendored-levystochcalc

Vendored from the LevyStochCalc library (https://github.com/cgarryZA/LevyStochCalc). This bundle includes auxiliary martingale identities showing that martingale increments have zero integral on earlier-filtration-measurable sets, that elementary predictable-set integrals have zero mean, and that a real martingale is a real quasimartingale. It also defines restrictNNReal and proves that a real martingale with a right-continuous filtration, right-continuity in measure, and vanishing negative-time values admits an adapted modification whose paths are almost surely càdlàg; the nonnegative-time version requires the analogous hypotheses indexed by R≥0\mathbb{R}_{\ge 0}R≥0.
