Let P⊂R5P\subset\mathbb{R}^5P⊂R5 be the polar of the Matschke--Santos--Weibel prismatoid Q28Q_{28}Q28. After reducing vertices by independent sign changes of the first four coordinates, the stored tables describe a 202020-vertex quotient graph with an integer potential, taking the value 000 at the positive apex orbit and 666 at the negative apex orbit.

This theorem records the incidence facts of that quotient:

  1. Four or more common original active inequalities force equal orbit labels or a quotient edge.
  2. A potential gap greater than one forbids four common actives.
  3. Every quotient edge changes the potential by at most one.
  4. Stored tightness bits match the integer inner product against a signed orbit representative.

These are the exact combinatorial contents that make the quotient a conservative supergraph of the 111-skeleton, with a 111-Lipschitz potential.

Formalization Note The tables commonActiveCard, orbitLevel, QuotientAdj, tightMask and intDotFlip are defined in Definitions.Def_Hirsch_q28_cert.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
