For a finite bounded valuation law, write Ip,r=1pr∣mI_{p,r}=1_{p^r\mid m}Ip,r=1pr∣m, Ip=Ip,1I_p=I_{p,1}Ip=Ip,1, Vp=vp(m)V_p=v_p(m)Vp=vp(m), and Jp=Vp−IpJ_p=V_p-I_pJp=Vp−Ip. Write tp=log⁡p/log⁡y(n)t_p=\log p/\log y(n)tp=logp/logy(n) and let all prime sums range over the moving band Pn,W\mathcal P_{n,W}Pn,W. The five prime-power transfer estimates with constants (C,R)(C,R)(C,R) mean: the sums of absolute covariances of (Ip,r,Iq)(I_{p,r},I_q)(Ip,r,Iq), (Ip,Iq,s)(I_p,I_{q,s})(Ip,Iq,s), and (Ip,r,Iq,s)(I_{p,r},I_{q,s})(Ip,r,Iq,s) over higher exponents have bounds (Ctptq+R)/(p2q)(Ct_pt_q+R)/(p^2q)(Ctptq+R)/(p2q), (Ctptq+R)/(pq2)(Ct_pt_q+R)/(pq^2)(Ctptq+R)/(pq2), and (Ctptq+R)/(p2q2)(Ct_pt_q+R)/(p^2q^2)(Ctptq+R)/(p2q2), respectively; also EJp2≤(C+R)/p2\mathbb E J_p^2\le(C+R)/p^2EJp2≤(C+R)/p2 and p∑q∣Cov⁡(Vp,Vq)−Cov⁡(Ip,Iq)∣≤C/W+Rp\sum_q|\operatorname{Cov}(V_p,V_q)-\operatorname{Cov}(I_p,I_q)|\le C/W+Rp∑q∣Cov(Vp,Vq)−Cov(Ip,Iq)∣≤C/W+R. Higher exponents run from 222 to the valuation cutoff determined by the value bound MMM. Fix finitely many head patterns HcH_cHc and real endpoints 0<Ac<Cc≤Cmax⁡0<A_c<C_c\le C_{\max}0<Ac<Cc≤Cmax with Cmax⁡>0C_{\max}>0Cmax>0. The source constant C∗C_*C∗, called the box-independent prime-power constant, is positive. For every W>1W>1W>1 containing all head primes, and every coefficient bound B≥0B\ge0B≥0, there exist a nonnegative error sequence ϵB,W\epsilon_{B,W}ϵB,W and a threshold N0N_0N0 such that

ϵB,W(n)→0,ϵB,W(n)log⁡log⁡n→0.\epsilon_{B,W}(n)\to0,\qquad \epsilon_{B,W}(n)\log\log n\to0.ϵB,W(n)→0,ϵB,W(n)loglogn→0.

For every n≥N0n\ge N_0n≥N0 and every tilt coefficient function ∣ηp∣≤B|\eta_p|\le B∣ηp∣≤B on the moving prime band, the structured cells with head HcH_cHc, physical endpoints Ac,CcA_c,C_cAc,Cc, and smoothness cutoff yN(n)y_{\mathbb N}(n)yN(n) are nonempty. Tilt their uniform laws by the valuation score normalized by log⁡n\log nlogn, and place their values under the common bound associated to Cmax⁡C_{\max}Cmax. Every probability mixture of these laws satisfies the five transfer estimates with (C∗,ϵB,W(n))(C_*,\epsilon_{B,W}(n))(C∗,ϵB,W(n)). The constant C∗C_*C∗ is selected before WWW and BBB; the error and threshold may depend on them. The moving prime band is {p prime:W<p≤⌊n2/9⌋}\{p\text{ prime}:W<p\le\lfloor n^{2/9}\rfloor\}{p prime:W<p≤⌊n2/9⌋}.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
