Let MMM be a regular relative mesh with δ>0\delta>0δ>0, n>1n>1n>1, nonzero cutoff WWW, and scale separation, so its canonical prime partition is defined. Fix a ratio ρ>1\rho>1ρ>1. For an exponent band and raw cell index jjj strictly below its last raw ratio cell, let AAA be the multiplicative ratio cutoff at the beginning of that cell. If NcellN_{\rm cell}Ncell is the cardinality of the corresponding merged ratio cell, then

π(⌊ρA⌋)−π(A)≤Ncell.\pi(\lfloor\rho A\rfloor)-\pi(A)\le N_{\rm cell}.π(⌊ρA⌋)−π(A)≤Ncell.

A full raw prime interval injects into the merged cell, which may additionally contain the final short fragment.

This compact declaration is definitionally identical to the original fully quantified statement; the named proposition preserves every hypothesis.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
