Let MMM be a regular relative mesh with δ>0\delta>0δ>0, n>1n>1n>1, nonzero cutoff WWW, and scale separation, so its canonical prime partition is defined. Fix a ratio ρ>1\rho>1ρ>1. Assume the fixed-ratio prime-interval occupation property at cutoff WWW and ratio ρ\rhoρ: for every natural A≥WA\ge WA≥W, the interval (A,⌊ρA⌋](A,\lfloor\rho A\rfloor](A,⌊ρA⌋] has a prime. Then for every exponent band and every cell index through its last merged ratio cell,

Ncell≠0.N_{\rm cell}\ne0.Ncell=0.

The possibly short final fragment need not contain a prime separately because it is merged with the preceding full cell.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
