Under the same standing model, ε\varepsilonε equitability, positive stable arrival rate, nonnegative tolerance, and corrected η<1\eta<1η<1, write L∗L^*L∗ for the full-region Theorem 3 leading term and LiL_iLi for the single-vehicle term formed from district iii's arrival rate and conditional density. Then every district obeys

L∗(1−η1+η)2≤Li.L^*\left(\frac{1-\eta}{1+\eta}\right)^2\le L_i.L∗(1+η1−η)2≤Li.

Together with the upper estimate, this controls both directions of a district's departure from the benchmark.

Formalization Note The printed η\etaη uses a maximum; the minimum is used here. η<1\eta<1η<1 ensures positive factors in the comparison. The statement concerns leading expressions at fixed λ\lambdaλ.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
