This technical lemma bounds every evaluation of a simple predictable integrand by a uniform coefficient bound.

Let HHH be a SimplePredictable integrand on Ω\OmegaΩ with time horizon TTT, and let C≥0C\ge0C≥0. Assume that every coefficient ξi(ω)\xi_i(\omega)ξi(ω) satisfies ∣ξi(ω)∣≤C|\xi_i(\omega)|\le C∣ξi(ω)∣≤C for every tile index iii and every ω∈Ω\omega\in\Omegaω∈Ω. Then, for every time s∈Rs\in\mathbb Rs∈R and every ω∈Ω\omega\in\Omegaω∈Ω,

∣H.eval⁡(s,ω)∣≤C.|H.\operatorname{eval}(s,\omega)|\le C.∣H.eval(s,ω)∣≤C.

The statement uses the Lean definition SimplePredictable.eval. It also covers times outside all partition tiles, where the evaluation is zero. This bound is used to transfer coefficient bounds to the associated elementary integral.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
