This is the fixed-row convergence statement for the regular Gaussian-then-quadratic approximation.

Let EEE be a finite-dimensional real inner-product space with Borel measurable structure, let μ\muμ be a probability measure with finite second moment, and fix n∈Nn\in\mathbb Nn∈N. Let rowLaw μ n k be the kkkth law in row nnn, and let statistics collect its associated statistics. Then

(rowLaw⁡(μ,n,k),statistics⁡(rowLaw⁡(μ,n,k)))⟶(gaussianSeq⁡(μ,n),statistics⁡(gaussianSeq⁡(μ,n)))\bigl(\operatorname{rowLaw}(\mu,n,k),\operatorname{statistics}(\operatorname{rowLaw}(\mu,n,k))\bigr) \longrightarrow \bigl(\operatorname{gaussianSeq}(\mu,n),\operatorname{statistics}(\operatorname{gaussianSeq}(\mu,n))\bigr)(rowLaw(μ,n,k),statistics(rowLaw(μ,n,k)))⟶(gaussianSeq(μ,n),statistics(gaussianSeq(μ,n)))

as k→∞k\to\inftyk→∞. The convergence is in the product topology encoded by Tendsto and combines convergence of the law with convergence of the recorded statistics. It is stated row by row and does not assert the diagonal approximation.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
