This is an auxiliary locality statement for the frozen Picard step. In the setting of a probability space (Ω,P)(\Omega,P)(Ω,P), a sigma-finite mark measure ν\nuν, Brownian motion WWW, Poisson random measure NNN, filtration F′\mathcal F'F′, regular Lipschitz coefficients, initial state x0x_0x0, and two jointly measurable progressively measurable processes Z1,Z2Z_1,Z_2Z1,Z2 with finite Bielecki norms, assume

  1. Z1Z_1Z1 and Z2Z_2Z2 agree PPP-almost surely at every coordinate for every time in [0,T][0,T][0,T];
  2. β>0\beta>0β>0 and T>0T>0T>0.

Then, for every t∈[0,T]t\in[0,T]t∈[0,T], their frozen Picard steps agree almost surely, coordinatewise:

∀a.e. ω∼P, ∀i∈Fin⁡(n),picardStepOnRawStop⁡(Z1,t,ω,i)=picardStepOnRawStop⁡(Z2,t,ω,i).\forall^{\mathrm{a.e.}}\,\omega\sim P,\ \forall i\in\operatorname{Fin}(n),\quad \operatorname{picardStepOnRawStop}(Z_1,t,\omega,i)=\operatorname{picardStepOnRawStop}(Z_2,t,\omega,i).∀a.e.ω∼P, ∀i∈Fin(n),picardStepOnRawStop(Z1,t,ω,i)=picardStepOnRawStop(Z2,t,ω,i).

This technical congruence lemma allows almost-sure equality of inputs to be propagated through the Picard operator.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
