This is the fixed-point equation for the process produced from the Picard limit. Let (Ω,P)(\Omega,P)(Ω,P) be a probability space, let EEE have a sigma-finite measure ν\nuν, let WWW and NNN be adapted Brownian and Poisson noises for a right-continuous filtration F′\mathcal F'F′, and assume the filtration, null-set, coefficient regularity, and coefficient Lipschitz hypotheses required by the type. Let x0∈Rnx_0\in\mathbb R^nx0∈Rn, T>0T>0T>0, β>0\beta>0β>0, and let X0X_0X0 be an admissible bounded process. Assume

(ENNReal.ofReal⁡ ⁣(3(nL2T+ndL2+nL2)2β))1/2<1.\left(\operatorname{ENNReal.ofReal}\!\left(\frac{3\bigl(nL^2T+n dL^2+nL^2\bigr)}{2\beta}\right)\right)^{1/2}<1.(ENNReal.ofReal(2β3(nL2T+ndL2+nL2)))1/2<1.

For every t∈[0,T]t\in[0,T]t∈[0,T], the path of the raw self-map agrees almost surely and coordinatewise with the frozen Picard step taken along that same self-map:

∀a.e. ω∼P, ∀i∈Fin⁡(n),X(picardSelfMapRaw⁡,t,ω,i)=picardStepOnRawStop⁡(picardSelfMapRaw⁡,t,ω,i).\forall^{\mathrm{a.e.}}\,\omega\sim P,\ \forall i\in\operatorname{Fin}(n),\quad X(\operatorname{picardSelfMapRaw},t,\omega,i)=\operatorname{picardStepOnRawStop}(\operatorname{picardSelfMapRaw},t,\omega,i).∀a.e.ω∼P, ∀i∈Fin(n),X(picardSelfMapRaw,t,ω,i)=picardStepOnRawStop(picardSelfMapRaw,t,ω,i).

The statement identifies the constructed process with a solution of its own Picard equation on the finite window. It is the fixed-point ingredient used by the window-solution theorem.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
