This formalizes part of Lemma 2.4 of Letwin (arXiv:2607.24164v1), by extending the regular moment witness with weak Hessian evolution data.

Assume n>0n>0n>0, κ>0\kappa>0κ>0, KKK is compact, convex, and has nonempty interior, WWW is smooth, and W(y)−κ2∥y∥2W(y)-\frac\kappa2\|y\|^2W(y)−2κ∥y∥2 is convex on all of Rn\mathbb R^nRn. Let μ\muμ be a probability measure whose density is e−We^{-W}e−W on KKK and zero outside KKK, and assume that μ\muμ is isotropic.

Then there exist u:Rn→Ru:\mathbb R^n\to\mathbb Ru:Rn→R, L,LF∈[0,∞)L,LF\in[0,\infty)L,LF∈[0,∞), and a tensor TkijT_{kij}Tkij such that the previously established regular moment properties hold: uuu is convex and Lipschitz, ∫e−u=1\int e^{-u}=1∫e−u=1, the tilted measure e−udxe^{-u}dxe−udx pushed forward by ∇u\nabla u∇u equals μ\muμ, uuu is C1C^1C1, ∇u\nabla u∇u is Lipschitz with constant toNNReal⁡(16/κ)\operatorname{toNNReal}(16/\kappa)toNNReal(16/κ), and −u+W∘∇u-u+W\circ\nabla u−u+W∘∇u is Lipschitz. Moreover,

u:=e−udxu:=e^{-u}dxu:=e−udx

is the normalized tilted measure, and

u(x+h)+u(x−h)−2u(x)≤4κ∥h∥2.u(x+h)+u(x-h)-2u(x)\le \frac4\kappa\|h\|^2.u(x+h)+u(x−h)−2u(x)≤κ4∥h∥2.

Almost everywhere, ∇2u\nabla^2u∇2u is positive definite,

log⁡det⁡∇2u=−u+W(∇u),16κI−∇2u⪰0.\log\det\nabla^2u=-u+W(\nabla u), \qquad \frac{16}{\kappa}I-\nabla^2u\succeq0.logdet∇2u=−u+W(∇u),κ16I−∇2u⪰0.

The tensor TTT is a compact-local L2L^2L2 weak derivative of the Hessian. The declaration also supplies a Lipschitz representative for e−u+W(∇u)e^{-u+W(\nabla u)}e−u+W(∇u), weak derivatives and compact-local bounds for the determinant and log determinant, the inverse-Hessian weak derivative formula with local L2L^2L2 and ENNReal local L∞L^\inftyL∞ bounds, integrability and mean identity

∫(∇2u)ij dν=δij,\int (\nabla^2u)_{ij}\,d\nu=\delta_{ij},∫(∇2u)ijdν=δij,

the weak derivative of the first Monge–Ampère trace, the unweighted flux identity, and the weighted curvature–Gram identity stated above.

This existential declaration packages the complete regular witness needed by later weak evolution and testing results. It asserts existence of these data, not a universal estimate.
