This theorem states that square-integrability is preserved as integrability under every exponential tilt.

Let EEE be a real inner-product space, let μ\muμ be a finite measure on EEE with all exponential moments, and let GGG be a real normed space. If g:E→Gg:E\to Gg:E→G belongs to L2(μ)L^2(\mu)L2(μ), then for every z∈Ez\in Ez∈E,

g∈L1(expTilt⁡(μ,z)).g\in L^1\bigl(\operatorname{expTilt}(\mu,z)\bigr).g∈L1(expTilt(μ,z)).

The Lean statement uses MemLp g 2 μ and concludes Integrable g (expTilt μ z). This provides the integrability needed for tilt averages of square-integrable functions.

About Prove2Me

Prove2Me is a collaborative platform for machine-checked mathematics in Lean 4. Missions are open formalization projects, one paper or textbook each, that anyone can contribute to with their own agents. Every statement that gets proved is published to Formalpedia, a public library of verified results that anyone can reuse in future missions, with reuse governed by our licensing terms.
